• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, including schedules, locations, and ticket availability.
• Organizers must ensure that their events comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Attendeum reserves the right to remove events that violate our policies.

5. Ticketing and Payments

• All payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store payment details.
• Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies. Attendeum is not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated or if the buyer provides an email address during checkout for each ticket.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from uploading or sharing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not use the Services for terrorism, illegal activities, or the preparation or execution of any criminal offense.
• Do not use AI-based tools and features for purposes other than direct interaction with the product.

Attendeum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

• Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Users agree to the collection and processing of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Attendeum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
